What did you do to your Stinger in Australia today?

I was inspired by @TwiceStung wrapping hood vents so tried the same today. It's by no means perfect and I'm 50/50 whether to keep it or return to original. Looking for opinions please.

What about carbon fibre ones, Sharkracing.com has carbon fibre like or full carbon fibre both at different price points.

On silver it looks good but the white just doesn’t pop as much. What about a brushed metal skin? Paint the centre line bit black and have the same wrap but in brushed metal.

What? For a small piece like that? I would hunt around. I can find out how much over here from a wrap guy know if you like? I can ship to you then if u agree.

Went to a couple of places looking for off cuts but anything metallic is rare and they don't usually carry stock. Ended up going to a wholesaler that was very helpful and searched for end of roll stock but couldn't find any in my colour. Had to purchase a minimum of 1mt x 1.5mt for $58. Told me brushed silver would be at least 3 times more. At this stage it's just an experiment.

Personally i would like a functional pair of hood scoops, it would certainly help to disapate that heat trapped under the bonnet.

Cut it in half and wrap the window trims! gives it a much cleaner look

I think I'm going to add that strip. But I want to see if I can find a vinyl that is closer to the "black chrome" on the vents - I have gloss black and it doesn't match the vent up close.

The gloss black roll was a freebie so I'll see what it looks like. I didn't see any samples that would match the shadow chrome but some were close.
