What did you do to your Kia Stinger today?

I see peek of red in there. YOU know they are in there. Hah.
I did those last year on my 2023 Pearl White car. I was a bit intimidated regarding the front bumper removal, but it turned out to be really easy.
Yes, the red snorkels can be seen behind the grill. Looks cool.
Performance wise, they make no difference at low speeds or urban driving, but get it up to a decent speed and revs, and the better breathing kicks in.
Car revs much freer and at highway speeds, pulls harder when you hit it.

Hey! That was my motorvation!

🚨 PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

It starts innocently. You’re walking back to your car after grabbing some takeaway's

Then you see them: two random, ratty-looking HKS spark plugs.

Used. Weathered. Left out in the open.

Right next to your car!

You think: “It’s nothing... Just one look won’t hurt.”

Suddenly you find yourself hovering around, making excuses to stay in the area.

They’re not even in baggies, just raw, exposed.

They’ve got that “I've seen some shit” look about them.

Your brain starts racing: "Who dropped them? How long have they been here? Are they still… usable?"

Are they from KimJongTuned??

Next thing you know you’re crouched in a parking lot at 2am, staring at questionable mechanical paraphernalia, feeling like a cop car could roll in at any moment asking why you’re inspecting street-grade ignition components.

Don’t touch them. Don’t sniff them. Don’t convince yourself you can “clean them up” or “test them just once.”

And absolutely don’t take them home thinking you’re stronger than the spark plug.

If you or someone you know has been affected by unsolicited parking-lot spark plugs, help is available ⛑️

Choose to walk away and leave in your car.

Choose a life free from sketchy ignition components.

Peace ✌️

May you find inner peace with your addiction. I am not suggesting you give into it.

Nightshift has that affect on me...

Got given a sunglass holder for Christmas... yeh we have one built in, but with my black duco I can never wear them straight away as they are roasting hot !

Looks good and it doesn't even bother me being in my peripheral 😀

Can confirm it also hold the dragy very well 👍

You must be a wizard. I have never seen over c. 350 range
I don't get anywhere near the kind of mileage. You must be the mileage whisperer.
Here's a drive just after an E30 fill-up, which should cost me ~10% mileage (30% ethanol * 25-30% less energy). Range estimator started at ~320 which for a 15.9gal tank is ~20mpg...typical around town, and my own calcs often land on 19mpg/tank.

But that's with a higher percentage of remote start warmup idling + short drives. You can see for the 4.3 mile trip from the gas station, which is basically 50mph with two stop signs and a red light, I averaged 25.5 mpg:

Added a carbon fiber spoiler to Big Red (2019 GT2 AWD, owned for about two months). One thing I hadn't anticipated is that it noticeably decreases the rearward view. Looking out the rear hatch window through the rear view mirror, the spoiler blocks the bottom 20% of what is already a limited field of view.

Not complaining - the limited rearward view is a factor of the design/configuration of the car, but I just hadn't anticipated the spoiler having an effect. I've had three other cars with trunk spoilers, two came with them from the factory and one I added, but none of those obstructed the rearward view.

I imagine some of the more elaborate spoilers are even more obstructive.

Removed the TORK things that did absolutely nothing... exh still smells fumey

And an even bigger shock for something that was advertised as having a one way valve and the reason it took months to post to me I am shocked I could blow into it in both directions!

Unless it failed just like our pcv valves do ?

Anyway I think our cluttered up engine bay looks a lot better...

You don't need a big rear view, as long as you have good side mirrors! The one thing I miss from my old civic is the spoiler blocking the blinding lights of the people behind me. I count it as a win, spoiler looks good

The 1980's is beckoning...

Painting it ABP and fitting it to my stock bonnet, finally get to paint under my stock bonnet too once I cut the hole out 😈

Might be a racetrack deal or I might rock it daily with some new wheels?
