Kia dealers offering unbelievably terrible service, what else is new here, I’m sorry they destroyed your car op. I’ve dealt with a similar experience but I was told tough luck when I asked for a replacement side skirt. I would recommend avoiding Kia service departments in general or at least find a “better” dealer. These dealers are not ready to handle vehicles that cost more than $30k.

Yeah, I kind of arrived at the same conclusion half way through the ordeal. Luckily for me, I’m extremely anal and fully inspected the car before even jumping in it to leave. There was absolutely no arguing they could have done. The scuffed bottom area of the front bumper chin area was questionable whether they did it or I did. I was 75% sure it wasn’t there and told the manager that, he’s replacing it regardless, so I have to give him kudos to some extent.

My dent was much smaller than yours so I just left it but it was a eye-opening experience. They made excuses like “you’ve had exhaust work done so we can’t be sure it was our lift” which ended with me telling the service department off and never going back ...

For what it's worth, relative to valve stems. Discount Tire stores have been great as far as I am concerned. Flat tire? Bring it to Discount and generally in a few minutes it is in the shop. Carefully up on jacks. Rim and tire removed. Test for leaks. Tire removed from rim and patched. New valve stem (always) installed, tire reinstalled. Tire and rim dynamically balanced with weights added as needed. Down off the jacks and ready to go. How much? $0.00, come back and see us when you need to buy some tires. Here is the depth report on all your tires, no problem for a long time yet. . . .
