Turbo upgrade for 2.0 stinger

Hello all. I have a 2018 stinger. It has the 2.0 in it. I believe my turbo has a leaky seal. It has 114,000 miles. Consumes a decent amount of oil. My question is has anyone out there upgraded the turbo rather than just replace with an oem one. Just don't know if that's even an option or what I should be looking for. Thanks for the advice or input.
