Hey guys!
Just had an Injen intake kit installed (and also have an MBRP cat back). Was running the JB4 but had it removed just prior to Injen install for a dealer service. I’m now hearing quite a bit of bark from the turbo when coming off the throttle under moderate to hard acceleration. I totally understand the principle behind turbo/compressor surge but since I’m back to stock boost it seems strange that intakes would create a problem with vacuum and cause bark. Anyone else experience this? Any suggestions on BOVs or things to check for? Wasn’t happening with factory intakes, even on MAP2 with the JB4 so I’m surprised it’s happening now at stock PSI.
