Terrible.
But goes to show the dangers of modern cars which give the driver feeling of over confidence.

It wasn't the "Dangerous Car" it was the stupid driver! 5 minutes prior to this fatal incident, this 24 year old was pulled over for going through two red lights at a speed of 100 mph...
He nearly struck a person on a bike, a woman in her car AND the policeman who pulled him over was turning right when this FOOL almost hit the policy's car... After giving him [ 24 year old Luis Cevallos] a ticket, the officer told him to slow down.
Apparently the moron didn't listen.

Failures at all levels in this scenario.

He was a Provisional Licence holder I believe. That itself would bar him from driving a high powered vehicle, a turbo, supercharged or V8 here in Australia until his probationary period is completed and he is on a full license which is 4 years. The insurance would then kill a driver of 24 looking at something like $3000 a year for a powerful car

Police let him off. Again, a speed exceeding 25kmh here over the speed limit would be loss of licence for a period of 3 months and if over 35kmh, six months, and 12 months if over 45kmh, and impound of vehicle of at least a month with costs of a couple of thousand to get it back so he wouldn't have been driving it after being stopped by police. This guy got a speeding fine for doing 160kmh in a metro area????? Jail the police officer. His speeding fine alone would also be over $1000

It's bad enough police spend an hour in the states trying to prove a person can't do a hand stand counting backwards from 5001 because they might be pissed when here they ram a breathalyser down your gob straight away, don't have to be pissed as it is random anywhere. any time, and after any collision your fault or not and you dare blow 0.05 it's a minimum six months loss of licence and anything above they arrange your execution.

Watched that last year probably a dozen times...

Reality hits hard, I don't deliberately break traction anymore especially to show off in front of people because if I lost control and ran over someone as happens a lot down here believe it or not, I would be going to jail and that does not bare thinking about.
