Hi all, I am thinking of a full body wrap on my Aurora Black Pearl 2019 GT2. I recently got a quote for 5500 dollars (can) sounds a little steep to me, Has anyone gotten a full wrap and how much should I expect to pay? That quote was in northern BC. By the way.

That's around what I paid for full PPF in the GTA.

If the installers are really top, that is not too much to pay. In the US I would expect to find between $3K and $4K for a full wrap. But I admit, I haven't actually tried pricing this, that's just what I assume from my reading over the years. Of course it can go either way. I was pleasantly surprised to get a full frontal PPF on my '18 GT1 for c. two-thirds full price. It still looks brand new. And I have seen wrap on much newer Stingers that looks like hell. So, there is a warning to you. Find top quality product and pros.

We are getting ready to wrap our shop car and the budget placed on that is around 5k with PPF. We are in Los Angeles so prices are expected to be on the higher side of things. What wrap design or color are you going with? That could also play a factor into cost.

I was very eager to do a full wrap in 3M thundercloud but decided on PPF over red instead.

Car wraps are expensive. And quality wraps are even more expensive.

Thinking of a glosss mysterious black PW900 Avery Dennison wrap. A pro shop will be doing it. He said that the Avery wraps nicely and also lasts if well maintained, so he suggested tthis wrap for my area. Quote from this shop was a very reasonable 3800 - 4500. Problem there is it’s not local. Only one local shop.

What is there to maintaining wrap if it is under PPF?

I've toyed with the idea of a wrap over the years. And I already decided if I ever do it, it'll include full PPF as well. I can't see having exposed wrap getting scuffed and otherwise damaged. How could you possibly touch it up? It's not the same as paint touchup.

I never thought of PPF over the wrap, I wouldn’t doo the whole car in PPF, but definitely think of doing the nose and hood area.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
A little late to the party. I'm here is Las Vegas, NV and have a full PPF color wrap. It's a bit more expensive (wrap and ppf all in one), but worth it I feel. Mine was about $6500, but included side mirrors and headlights. The wrap I used was their brand (incognito) and has held up pretty well. The biggie, at least from what I hear... the installers. It could be the best PPF wrap in the world and if the installation sucks...forget about it. So, that's my take.
