Nothing definite. Their best guess was around June. I'll keep the thread posted with updates though!Did the dealer say much to you about timing on delivery or anything like that?

Plus the Tribute can't go full rwd like the Indigo and the gts. I'd argue that both the Indigo and gts are "more" special than the Tribute. All 3 offer special paint and interior colors but the Tribute edition is mechanically identical to any other 2023 Stinger, correct?Looks pretty nice, but I'll be keeping my indigo. The market for cars is still out of hand.
All AWD stingers can go full rear wheel drive, just gotta pull a fuse.Plus the Tribute can't go full rwd like the Indigo and the gts. I meant with the driver select switch on the center console. All AWD stingers can go full rear wheel drive, just gotta pull a fuse.
Well I can't do that specifically but I could probably set it up to a remote controlled via your rear view mirror if need be hahaI meant with the driver select switch on the center console.
So basically what I said is true, this is just an appearance package, no mechanical change from what I can see. Are the wheels new or are they the same as the scorpion/grand tourer model?Well I can't do that specifically but I could probably set it up to a remote controlled via your rear view mirror if need be haha
Is that actually a mechanical difference? Unless it has a LSD, I think that drift mode is just programming. So basically what I said is true, this is just an appearance package, no mechanical change from what I can see. Are the wheels new or are they the same as the scorpion/grand tourer model?
GTS and Indigo both have LSD in the rear instead of the torque vectoring with the brakes the standard models use. There's actual programming differences as well as physical ones.Is that actually a mechanical difference? Unless it has a LSD (Limited Slip Differential), I think that drift mode is just programming.
it appears to be Silky Silver rendered as a matte finish. I'd love it if it would stay perfect, in other words, not practical for the long haul.I thought it would be darker. As-is, that is too light of a silver for me but maybe once prepped it would look better.

It still has a clear coat, but a matte clear coat. Problem is you can't always use the same products on a matte finish that you can on a shiny finish, otherwise you'll get an odd patchy look. Also if there's any chips, you can't really just do typical touch up. And if there's any scratches you can't just do a fairly simple "paint correction" on it like you can with gloss clear coat.I guess I'm a noob when it comes to paint but wouldn't a matte finish be easier since it doesn't have a shiny clear coat look to get dull?
Ahhhh, thanks for the lesson. That paint sounds like a nightmare to maintain. Regular paint is hard as it is.It still has a clear coat, but a matte clear coat. Holy crap that's ugly !It's a little off-topic, but it is interesting to see the new red Hyundai IONIQ 6 next to the now discontinued Stinger in those photos.
It's the last of the old gasoline performance car generation for Hyundai/KIA next to the new electrified future. The IONIQ 6 is certainly the closest thing they have that replaces the Stinger (I don't really consider the EV6 a "replacement" as it's taller and much more crossover like)
