Oh and if you don't mind me asking, what did they charge you for the service? Thanks for the referal!

I believe it was less than $35 because I brought in my own oil. I did make an actual appt as opposed to just going thru their quick lube option. As the Stinger is still so new I wanted to make sure Kia techs were doing it and not just the guys who work on every Lee Johnson brand.Oh and if you don't mind me asking, what did they charge you for the service?
Lee Johnson is a good dealer. They have KIA, Mazda and Chevrolet showrooms at the same site in Kirkland. Thanks for the referal!
I think you're fine. I just think our particular area is not so friendly. There is something called the "Seattle Freeze." I'm not from these parts and I can say its been harder to make friends here than anywhere else I've lived.Saw a white Premium in Bellevue yesterday. I flashed my headlights as I was going to opposite way, but again, no acknowledgement whatsoever. Is my approach all wrong?![]()
That was probably me! Yours black? I has heading to a meeting.I saw a Micro Blue GT on Microsoft Campus today. Followed him through the parking lot, but didn't seem interested to stop.
Agreed, I used ride a couple years ago and everyone on bikes saluted each other. It was cool. Maybe a couple quick hazard blinks? I dunno. I think waving would be hard since my windows are tinted. We should probably start the WRX, motorcycle style wave. 90% of WRXs wave at each other, easy to spot with the hood scoops, and 99% of motorcycles wave.
Hmmm...too subtle me thinks. I think 2 flashes of the hazards would be cool since ours are amber and stand out. In other countries, people use hazard flashes to say "thank you" for letting them merge into their lane during traffic. Also it's easier to see if people are going in the opposite direction.Well, I feel better now!
How about a mirror fold?
2 flashes of the hazards, eh? I like it...Hmmm...too subtle me thinks. I think 2 flashes of the hazards would be cool since ours are amber and stand out. Anyone got something else?
360 SW Washington checking in. Seems this thread has gone kinda cold. We should get a stinger rally started maybe twice a year for meet and greet? Talk/show new mods, issues or any other things. All the other car fanatics do it. We should too? Maybe one up North area and one down south. Thoughts ideas please.
That sounds like a fun event. Something I'd like to attend for sure.Import Face Off 8-26 at pacific raceways in Kent would be fun. Drag racing and huge car show. I hit the spring IFO and planned on going back. Stinger can drag or show or just hang out.
Its busy due to the car show but bot that many racers.
Congrats! What did your GT replace?Checking in from north Idaho. Picked up my ceramic silver GT1 on April 24th
Honda Accord that is still in the family, just my 15yo daughter will start driving it. I usually get stuck driving our crew cab F-150, because the Stinger was replacing my wifes car. It's sad too...my wife drives like an old granny.Congrats! What did your GT replace?
