Good Surprise Surprise - Buy Offer on Vroom

To the untrained eye, the stinger and that audi look the same, at least from a distance. Real answer will be in the pudding in a few years to see how each holds up.
I was looking at used rs5/rs7, before i got a stinger. But my cousin, who is a mechanic, was very determined to keep me away from it. They are an awsome machines, but if you are planning to keep them long term, you better have a real nice stock of cash set aside for unexpected repairs.

Agreed. The only reason I considered and pulled the trigger on it is because of the CPO warranty. Once that expires, I'll look at an extended warranty through Audi. If it's not worth the money, I'll likely part ways.

Revival. I always enjoyed seeing Stingers still on the road. I'm enjoying the S5 and it has been a great companion over the last few months. Comparing the two performance wise, it's a close call.
Quattro is a thing to behold but so is the AWD in the Stinger.

Stats
Stinger (my results) Tuned
0-60: 4.22
1/4: 12.4 @ 115 mph

S5 (my results) Tuned
0-60: 3.62
1/4: 12.0 @ 111 mph

Because of the AWD, my traps were lower and there was a headwind that night at the strip. I will try some ethanol in the tank and give another lb of boost so I can drop into the 11s. Roll racing would be more interesting but the RWD Stinger would likely have me over 100 mph. Kia's launch control is inferior to Audi's and it shows. Both cars had the same thing done to them (JB4, drop in panel filters) minus the spark plug change I did with the Stinger.

Miss the Stinger but love the S5. Cheers
