I had 10K on my Michelins when I swapped them for the winter with Nitto Motivo A/S. I did about 5K during the winter. I've been on the Michelins since March and now I have over 20K, so probably c. 15K on the Michelins. I still have tread:

(edit: according to the treadlife warranty of 30K miles, halved for staggered setups, I have already passed the full warranty, i.e. according to Michelin, I have "gotten my money's worth" out of their tires. I agree, even though I think that summer tires are a bit of luxury and a conceit: why would any conserving person buy a set of tires rated to only go 30K miles, when they could have 65K UHP miles? That is the treadlife of the Motivos, which reduces down to 32.5K on a staggered setup.)
You should start looking at a new set of rears. Thread on the center of the tire is already on the indicators. Once it gets there the car turns very squirrellyon the rear in wet conditions. Don't ask me how I know
