Stock Stinger HP numbers: Kia is massively underestimating power.

i had both at the same time ( '18 Q60 RS AWD , '22 Stinger GT2 AWD ) and they are VERY close - i'd give a SLIGHT nod to the Q60 with the 'ol butt-dyno

one thing to remember is that the Q's are also underrated ... the Red Sport will put down 375-385hp at the wheels, and the Sport will do 300+ hp at the wheels (rated 300hp crank).

either way, both are fun, great-looking cars.

Why would KIA do that? Why not advertise 400hp if that's what it's putting out at the crank?

insurance cost, pricing etc... i think they were doing us a favor. 365 looks better than 400 in the eyes of the corporate world.
