I need to select one buffet option for food and drinks. The plan most people voted for is $35 per person. If you don't pay the full price of admission, I need to pay it.

When all is said and done, I'm paying the final cost and all of you will be sending me payments to cover that cost... I'm not in this to earn anything - so I'm just looking to cover the cost of our ability to have our meet somewhere where we can eat and drink if we want to - and have somewhere to hang out if it rains...

Sal, I was thinking in respect to the $35 payment, can you sell tickets through the store, and accept credit cards? You may want to add on the % the Bank charges you are being charged (4, 5, 6, 7%?) when they process the deposits, otherwise you'll be out the processing fee on top of the work you are doing. So effectively, it will be probably $36 - $38 pp ...
