Sal, I was thinking in respect to the $35 payment, can you sell tickets through the store, and accept credit cards? You may want to add on the % the Bank charges you are being charged (4, 5, 6, 7%?) when they process the deposits, otherwise you'll be out the processing fee on top of the work you are doing. So effectively, it will be probably $36 - $38 pp ...

Yes, thank you. I'll probably need to add a couple of bucks to the deal to cover all costs. I'm not looking to make any profit and I'm perfectly fine with paying my own way for the plane tickets and a room in Chicago for the weekend.

I started a new discussion in this area asking what our members expect. Once we establish this, I can let them know what time we'll be there. I don't think anyone has responded yet.

I'm pretty sure there are two empty parking lots adjacent to Dave and Busters - so we should have PLENTY of room. I'd love to see a hundred Stingers...

Okay, the total cost to ME is $2000.00.... We have from 12pm-3pm inside Dave and Busters and, as mentioned, there are empty parking lots where we can all stay if we have a hundred Stingers show up. Also, there's Orland Square - a mall - basically right next door. So parking is not going to be an issue...

Anyway, I'm going to start a conversation with everyone who's going so I can start collecting payments as I need to make a deposit on this right away. We have until 5 days before the event to finalize the amount of people going...

The event is still taking place but it's whatever we decide to do as a group when we get there. We're not being locked down to Dave & Busters. There's a large mall next door and a couple of empty parking lots adjacent to Dave & Busters. If the weather is bad, just head on into the mall or Dave & Busters...
