Only serious buyers, the sale is for the certificate of ownership. These plates are currently in my possession.

These are one of a kind plates as DOT does not allow plates to have a car manufacturer or model, I was lucky with this purchase.

They are ON LOAN to you.

What the rules say is "You give us money" and we give you a COMBINATION of your choice! You can now trade that, sell that, keep it, shove it, we really don't care! It exists on OUR plates!

But if we decide we want those metal plates back "irrespective of what is written on them, we OWN them and we want them back.
