Don't have any questions, was just responding to the post that the guy was saying that the dealer didn't know that the scorpion package comes with a spoiler. Many dealers don't really take the time to find out a lot about what they sell.

The Scorpion spoiler is available to purchase direct from Kia parts department but I believe only in certain colors. I bought one in the wolf grey or ceramic silver whatever color you want to call it. It doesn’t take away from the rear view. It definitely doesn’t look cheesy or out of place.

Does the spoiler need a new power tailgate sensor?!? This was in the instruction for the spoiler install from KIA. What an odd thing that needs to be replaced, my guess is it probably adjusts the module to know that the extra weight is from the spoiler.

The spoiler is hollow plastic and weighs next to nothing but I wondered what that was all about in the instructions. Following.

Dealership got back to me. Can confirm it's for liftgate height adjustment programming. So no need to swap it out.

The GT Limited (GT2) already has that. Just press & hold the tailgate button for 2 seconds at desired height and max height now set.
