Anyone have any experiences with Resistall Extreme Coating? I am looking at a new Stinger and this is a $900 item on the paperwork. I'm fully capable of doing my own washing, waxing, ceramic coating, etc. I know it involves interior protection too. I'm just not sold on the add-on and don't want to pay for it. Thoughts?

For the love of god do not let the dealer “detail” or apply any ceramic coating.

Refuse it.

Find a reputable shop.

Screw dealership add ons.

As others have said do not let them do it, do it yourself... Years ago I had a dealer try and sell me a $1000 fabric protection... my reply "$1000 for a can of scotchguard? You are joking right? That was end of the sales pitch lol

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Found out the car hasn't made it to the dealership yet and they haven't installed ResistAll. I told them not to put it on and they won't. Also, no holes in the front bumper for the license plate holder. Bonus!

Thanks for your replies.

Make it clear to them you don’t want a detail either.

Preferably with all plastic on it too.

Trust us.

We’ve seen the horror. Ooohh. The horror.
