Realtime traffic not showing for any routes

I live in Atlanta. Areas that appeared on Sirius Traffic with my 2011 Optima Turbo don't do so in my GT2. (400, 285, etc.) I have brought this up to the dealer and Kia Customer Support.

I have also confirmed all is turned on and running via Sirius customer support.

Anyone else having this issue?

Is it only showing interstates and major highways?

No it shows other roads, just nothing on route, even if I am in bumper to bumper traffic.
