Hey folks! I'm on the hunt for some way to make my stock exhaust just a little louder. I don't want ANY road drone or loud annoying noise since this is my daily and i love the quiet ride, but I'd love a little more growl when I rev up. I'm thinking 2.5" midpipes but a reasonably priced catback system would be great too. I do already have exhaust tips.

I have an AWD GT2, which I believe does matter for the midpipes.

Looking to keep things cheap, ideally around $300 or less.

Cheers!

If you want just a little bit louder, secondaries shoud do. No need to touch stock catback.

That's generally the plan, I'm hoping to get some good midpipes to get more rumble and growl without sounding loud or cheesy. Hoping I can find someone selling used midpipes!

Yeah secondaries is what you want for sure. If the secondaries arent enough you could always have a muffler shop delete the resonators from your oem midpipe as well but I run secondaries and they give just a little more rumble and were enough for me.

I think a really good catback reccomendation for quiet is either magnaflow or thermal R&D, both sound great. If you want something controllable that is valve actuated, X-Force is very tame even when open. Looks like your best options within your possible budget would definitely be secondaries though.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
