Question regarding wheel/tire options and Fitment Industries

Hello all,

I have a 2020 GT1 RWD in MBP and need to get new rear tires, so I decided to use this as an excuse to get aftermarket rims.

Was curious about a few things..

• Has anyone used either of the following setups?
  • F; 20x9 35 offset wheel with 235/40R20 tires
  • R: 20x10 35 offset with 265/35R20 tires
    • or
  • F; 19x8.5 32 offset wheel with 225/40R19 tires
  • R: 19x9.5 40 offset with 255/35ZR19 tires
    • If so..
      • Was any modification needed for the fitment?
      • Was the turn radius impacted?
    • Also, any issues using a 'R' speed rating in the front and a 'ZR' in rear?
      • Will this cause traction/other issues?
• Anyone have any experience with either Vossen or HRE?
  • I'm looking at either the Vossen HF7s or the HRE FlorForm FF28s (both in Black) and was trying see what people's experiences have been with them.
• Lastly, has anyone ordered tire/wheel packages from Fitment Industries?
  • Seems feedback is all over the place and I wanted to get the Stinger communities feedback before going with them.

There are a few guys running 19x10.5 and 20x10.5, all with offsets around +45 and 285/30 tires I believe. 265 seems a little small for 10"...not a dealbreaker, you're just fitting a lot of wheel without adding much tire.

Up front I've seen 19x9, 19x9.5, and 20x9, with offsets around +30-35 and 245/35 tires, maybe a couple 255. You have less concern about tire height matching with RWD but still probably want to use Tire Size Calculator to make sure you're reasonably near stock 26" height.

I believe @mikegt2, @SRV, @socalvn, and @BugleBoy are the ones running wide wheels, with the latter two lowered.

I have different wheels now and I'm going to sell my 20s in the next couple of weeks they have bran new Lexana Lx Twenty on them pick up So CA only $1K takes them home whells are custom cut for the Stinger

Great choice! HREs are some fine wheels and that style/color is FIRE on your Stinger. Well done! Got any pics down the side??
