Sorry for the resurrection, but I just started experiencing this issue and I plan to go to the dealer next week. Anyone in Canada have issues getting the dealer to fix this?

KIA Canada knew about it within days of the car being released way back when, but dealers will first pretend they know nothing about it and then give you the run-around to prove it and then try to avoid fixing it. Well, that's my prediction--please report back after your visit to hopefully (for your sake) prove me wrong.
