Proper 12v, Accessory, and Ignition wires

Hi to everyone. I apologize for bringing this topic back up again, but I think that my question is more or less related.. Does anyone know which wire is providing 12V when low beams are on? I mean, I need to have +12V only when Low Beams are turned on.
