Poor tread life on OEM tires

that's what I believe. but you said, "Front still has a little tread life left." and that you put the michelin a/s in the back. I assumed that you were finishing up your oem summer tires in front after replacing the rear with a/s. thus my question about what you expected doing that.
Oh, I see your point. I live in Texas. We’re past any season where summer vs. all season would have any meaning.

The fronts will get all seasons in a month or three.

The shoulders on my OEM front PS4s were the first to go. Only lasts about 30,000km
They actually started to chunk off. Rears look alright, though they have hit the wear bars. But they wear down much more even than the stretched over fronts.

Pilot Sport 4 OEM, the rears made it 24K miles and the fronts will get changed next month at around 32K miles.

I am shocked you got more than 2X I did. I am not hooning this car.
