People on highway trying to see brand of car !

Recently took trip from Indiana to Tennessee and noticed many , many people when passing us trying to get look at front emblem guessing trying to figure out what kind of car it is, anyone else notice this ? Probably had at least 10 different drivers and passengers of other cars looking at front of the hood as they passed by.

Mine's the 22 model so alot of people probably not sure what the new kia logo is lol

IIRC, externally, only the front has the kia emblem. On the back it just says stinger. So odd for a mfg not to slap their logo on the rear.

Not everyone is a car enthusiast. From a distance I think this car has an audi like resemblance.

Mine is E badged and I get that all the time.

Quite a rare car in UK to start with, so with no Kia or Stinger badges, only an enthusiast would know!

Same here. E badges and a lot of people look back wondering what it is. Even noticed people staring at my wheels trying to figure out what E is for.

My "Maserati" turns into a Kia right away when anyone gets close to it: I strut the OE positions of the now-old-style KIA oval. Consequently, if anything, I get studied, nose-high profiles from the people who pass me. (Yes, quite often, people pass me, because I feel laid back, in no hurry, and enjoy loafing.)

I rebadged my Stinger with the older KIA logo. All the people have to do to find out what I am driving is to look at my license plate. It is a custom one that has "ITSAKIA" on it.

Kia does slap the Kia logo on the rear in different markets. Pretty sure the Canadian models have a big Kia logo on the back. But Americans tend to shade Kia so the Stinger branding is stronger.

I'm a big fan of Kia and the new logo but I definitely think foregoing the Kia logo on the rear was the right decision.

happens all the time during my famous 1500 mile east-coast drives from Miami to upstate New York
