You're better off splitting the wheels and tires. I don't wish those tires upon anyone. They had to go within 500 miles of getting the car. Ended up getting rid of them on craigslist.

What’s wrong with them? Granted they are not high performance tires like the Michelin PS4, but they are still a good all season tire. I actually have Bridgestone tires on my C7 Grand Sport Corvette and they are awesome tires.

They were not up to the task for my type of driving - not confidence inspiring in the corners, even at what I'd consider a slow pace. Forget about fast.

Never got around to trying them in the rain but at the time (Q3 2021) recall reading lots of poor reviews on wet weather handling.

I'd consider it a below average all season tire, suitable for a commuting perhaps. I was coming from a decade+ of summer only (pilot super sport) and winter dedicated tires on the previous car (g37). Perhaps if I was past retirement age and only drove locally they'd be sufficient.

The AS4's allow the car to be driven in a manner more suitable for the type of car it is (I imagine even more so if I went with high performance sway bars). There's good traction, feedback, and as I learned recently, even in an evasive maneuver while on the brakes in a curve, the tire won't lose its composure.

The AS4's are rated for 45K mi. There's about 11,5K mi on them now. So far wearing well. Not sure I'll see 45K though.

I got ~$600 for the bridgestones in practically brand new condition (450mi). The AS4's in the size in my sig cost $850, so fair deal I'd say. I didn't care about getting fancy wheels so the AS4's went onto the stock rims.

Well the GT-Line which these came off of will certainly not handle as good no matter the tire since it lacks a limited slip differential like on the GT2. Also any all season tire no matter the brand will not be as good in the rain as a summer only tire due to the tread design. I’m in Florida and all season tires are kind of moot. I didn’t find these too bad, but then again we just have flat straight roads. I have BRIDGESTONE POTENZA S007A RFT Extreme Performance Summer tires on the Corvette and really put them through their paces last October on the Tail of the Dragon.
