That is a good upgrade but not sure what kind of stock spark plugs they are using as most of us use 1 degree colder plugs lol

Unfortunately I don’t think they have as my GT2 has now been at Kia twice for the plugs (sigh).Most likely they have solved the problem with plugs cracking ,and for all using a tune do your researchand for all new to this site please read the threads as many have helped by give updates to help us all enjoyed our Stinger GTs

Amanda, did you have troubles with the plug coil as well , I have heard before of this, so just askingI think there have been issues in multiple countries.
Yes on theses cars use top tier gas that needs to be using 91 or above , and I am glad to hear that your car is running ok nowYep. They replaced the plug the first time, then the second time they replaced the same plug and the coil. Seems to be running just fine now. Have since been only putting 91+ gas in. My husband the penny saver was possibly putting in cheaper gas. Who knows if that is making any difference.
