Here we go, it seems the Stinger is getting another small refresh. These photos look like they are in Korea. But given Kia had to update some tooling to implement the new badge, and the fact NA doesn't have the refresh yet, it's all coming together! Kia waiting to give NA the refresh until the new logo launched would be my guess. I really hope they make the 10.25 inch wireless apple carplay/ android auto.

As for timing, not sure. My guess is to ship next spring. (as in Spring 2022 as we were just able to order '21 model year Stingers only a few months ago). However since it's pictured next to the new Sedona which is coming very soon.......... I honestly don't have a clue

On another thread about this (last week) it was opined that these are edited "stickers". Especially the back KIA badge looks poorly placed and proportioned: surely Kia wouldn't ruin the "Stinger" script along the hatch lid?! This is just some rube's idea of a cool idea. I think.
