Napleton has got to be the worst Kia dealer that I have ever. First, they basically list all of their cars online for invoice price to get you in the door, but as soon as you sit down to talk about the price of the car, those numbers change big time. First, the basically admit flat out that they lure you in with their online pricing, but start all of their cars at MSRP. They try all of the normal dealer tricks of adding $2,000 for nitrogen in the tires, or another $1,500 for vin etching and rust proofing, but on top of that they have a $3,000 dealer markup because according to them "This is the hottest selling car in America and nobody pays sticker only".
I mentioned to them that the markup was entirely ridiculous as were the add-ons and they began their whole speech about how my "Camry was nice, but it was nothing next to a Stinger!" and how I'll be "The coolest person around with one of these since they're so rare!" (I thought they sold like crazy?).
Finally they came out with some insane lease deal, something like $450/mo with $5,000 down and $7,000 trade-in for 36 months with a $30k residual at the end on a $45,000 price for a Premium 2.0. Basically I would be spending close to $60k on a car that has a $42k sticker.
I told them no to that deal and they responded with "That's cool, not everybody can afford a Stinger anyways" and then began going back and forth between the salesman, sales manager, and finance manager about how I am an idiot for not taking this deal and the salesman saying things like "Man, I wish I was offered this deal" and other b.s. first grade sales techniques. I told them I would think about the offer, and I was told no, I was to buy this car RIGHT NOW of this deal will never be here again because the manager knows somebody who wants my Camry and is not going to wait for it...
Terrible service, terrible sales team, high pressure, and a huge dealer markup. 0/10 would not shop here again.
