Ok so I bought the catch can and the installation itself is ridiculously easy... Except my car lacks the lower stud required to install the bracket properly. Does anyone know what the exact part is and/or what alternatives I can use for it as well as what I need to do to get the sucker in there? It's the only thing preventing me from going ahead and installing this.

Managed to get a response. Gotta buy another bolt that you can get from K8stinger store and pop that in the hole from inside the wheel well.

Considering getting an oil catch can. However, does this void warranty?

Mods don't void warranties unless they are the cause of the issue. That said, the dealer I've gone to said basic bolt ons like intakes, BOVs, catch cans wouldn't do anything to cause engine failures unless you f&*%ed up installation badly. Also suspension, exhaust, and even intercoolers shouldn't void warranty work unless you f*ck up their installation.

You can just go to your local hardware store, unless k8stinget is going to ship it to you for free. It's M6 hardware, 16mm is what I was told but I went with a 20mm long flanged hex screw and used a washer under the bracket and on top of the bracket, followed by a nylon lock nut. You might try to go 22mm or even 25mm long to give yourself some spare threads. I think it cost my $4 for all stainless hardware.

Little late for that. Already ordered the bolt. Should arrive today actually.
