After going 10 pages deep in the exterior thread looking for this topic I came up empty, so apologies if this has already been covered. Installing the JA Big Air Ducts and BMS Intercooler tonight and I'm wondering if everyone else is leaving the lower grille on and hiding the intercooler or if people are just removing it and letting the extra bits shine? Guessing it's totally personal opinion, but I haven't seen a lot of pics of people removing the lower grille.

I left mine on, but I've seen photos of them removed after my instal. I like it removed personally but I didn't even think about it when I did mine. They both look classy and whichever one you decide is a personal choice, therefore you can't go wrong.

Mine is on. If you cut the bit in the middle and keep the chrome bits it does look good

A bit old of a post, but I recently got the Velossatech ducts and decided to remove both upper and lower grills. I actually cut all of the diamond pattern parts off but kept the black edges that mount to the dark chrome parts. Was a HUGE PITA but I think it turned out pretty decent, although it needs a wash badly. Now just need a good front mount :)2022-07-08_08-18-48.webp
