3.3TT Low Oil Pressure

Hey everybody. I know this thread has been going for a while and not sure who has actually attempted to do this by themselves. But, thought I’d chime in after reading through.
The oil light on mine recently came on after a single digit cold snap a few weeks ago. 71k miles on the car. Same issue, came on at idle and went away after going above 800 rpm. Funnily enough, the oil light went away and hasn’t come back on after the average outside temps warmed up.
Like a lot of you, I got stressed out about this after some investigation and finding out what some people were having to pay to get it done. I’ve found a “how to” video on YouTube for replacing the sensor. Now, it doesn’t cover every single step, but it’s enough for any competent DIY mechanic to follow. I’ll be using it to follow when the time comes for mine.
I’ve attached the link to the YouTube tutorial and the list of parts needed to do the job. I’m not sure if the guy who did the tutorial is on the forum or not. I’ve included the fuel line pipes also if you feel better about replacing those after taking the originals off.

I had this sensor replaced on my '18 GT Limited - out of warranty, October 18th 2023 and paid $731.96 CAD all in. BUT this particular dealership greatly underestimated the work required and did not pass the extra cost onto me and also gave me a loaner vehicle overnight. I believe it was the first time they did that on any stinger. So I don't know the real cost, but likely double then, and likely more now.
