What is the best way to prevent tire blowout?

Proper inflation and maintenance (ie don't run them bald) is about all you can do... shocks me to see how bad some people's tires are...
Last time I was in Tampa while waiting for my car a white tesla was brought up by the valet, and you could see the steel and fabric belts on the front tire!

I'm an engineer and did a lot of research before getting my stinger june 2020. It's been great. Literally not a single flaw. The fit and finish and paint is perfect. It's so much fun to drive. So much value for the money. Everything works just how you expect. In canada, so i also get UVO over LTE. It's got a delay, but still works 95% of the time. Stinger is on consumer reports recommended cars now. You'll love it

And if something brakes or is time for a major maintenance they won't charge you thousands of dollars like they did when it was time for my Porsche maintenance. Of course Porsche is Porsche but I took the car to an independent mechanic and he did exam job for a 1/3 of the cost.

Is the R8 as expensive as Porsche for you? My buddy had an older Cayman Sport and hated how expensive it was. He was looking at a used R8 for the longest time but was told by his private mechanic the cost will be similar... granted there are many different variables such as trims and years but still...

I love that the Stinger is still "just a Kia" and is pretty affordable to have serviced and worked on.
