<div class="bbWrapper">Has anyone done this mod. If so, how hard were they to install? Pics or videos are greatly appreciated!<br /> <a href="https://mail.stingerforum.org/attachments/screenshot_20190424-003219_chrome-webp.23354/" target="_blank"><img src="https://stingerforum.org/data/attachments/23/23332-935091bdf850fcb4b3eefeb3e4a5ec6a.jpg?hash=hpwLpP4cpq" class="bbImage " style="" alt="Screenshot_20190424-003219_Chrome.webp" title="Screenshot_20190424-003219_Chrome.webp" width="200" height="412" loading="lazy" /></a></div>

<div class="bbWrapper">AU models came standard with these.</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">It is not a mod per say. It is basically converting/swapping the tail lights to the KDM, EUDM, AUDM specs. Need to buy the whole piece.</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">That’s sweet looking</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">I wouldn&#039;t mind having chasing front and rear turn signals just for the cool factor.</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">$$$$ for just the turn signal LED....</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">Too much money for a very small improvement most people won&#039;t even notice; but I still want it <img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/roflmao.png" class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt="" title="Roflmao " data-shortname="" /></div>

<div class="bbWrapper">North America got stuck with the ugly turn signals and ugly amber headlight reflectors. Would love to replace both of them.</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">I&#039;m going to tint mine this weekend and see how it looks maybe I can mimic the look by cutting 9 octagonal holes in it but an artist I am not</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">Don’t pay $900 for them now. In a year or two when the facelift comes out they’ll be half that and there may be a way more appealing alternative from the facelifted Stinger.<br /> <br /> For perspective, I replaced the entire tail light assembly (all 4 pieces) on my Audi A5 with the face lifted LED tail lights for $1000. Genuine Audi (including the German part luxury tax...)</div>

I like the look as well since it matches the front. Instead of buying these expensive taillights, some tint spray and a template or some sort of vinyl wrap with holes should have the same effect. Look forward to seeing the outcome if you decide to do this.</div>

Going to the vinyl wrap shop next week. Maybe horizontal slits angled! The options are enless! <div class="bbWrapper">Anyone actually install these here in the US? If so, how was the install?</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">I thought all Stingers had the Led Setup?</div>

And even if they are, they look different than the US oem ones.</div>

Didn&#039;t know non LED exists..<br /> But then again, not sure why USA has these weird regulations about Amber reflectors on the side profile, yet allows the brake lamp to act as the signal ?</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">These are plug in play according to the other thread. They&#039;re still a lot, about 680 from the K8 store. Apparently the painted body piece around the light is a bitch but other than that it&#039;s a direct swap. I honestly didn&#039;t know that these were oem in other parts of the world. I like these much better as they match the front turn signals better. My car already has led turn signals but they are just the horrible all yellow instead of this nice pattern. Most definitely worth the upgrade to me.</div>

The body piece is a pain in the butt, I ended breaking a few of the tabs getting them both out. They do look much nicer though.</div>
