More tire and boost...Not a bad ET for a stock GT.
Could always try dumping weight with a spare tire and back seat delete ect.plan on a jb4 down the road, but just wish I could build more boost off the line. Car doesn’t seem to like that idea though. Figure if I could shave a tenth or 2 off the 60’ i might be able to get closer to a 12.7 or so.

Look up "burnout switch."
12.978 sounds about right for what I expect to be pretty hot and humid since your slip is from a part in Florida. Being near sea level helps, but hot and humid does not. I don't think you'll pull any harder without mods or more tire, as others noted.
From the other posts, interested to see Beast Mode. I haven't been following much of the modding since I got rid of the Stinger, very interesting. My BMW definitely comes off the line a whole lot harder than my Stinger ever did, and it is stock. I wonder if the E-brake launch would work on my car, it has a manual e-brake! Might give it a try, I forgot about that trick in the Stinger lol.
Yea, summer heat/humidity is not the best time to get low times in FL. But, my thought is if I can cut that 60ft down a tenth or two it will shave at least that, if not a little more up top. I’ve messed around with the ebrake launch too but that doesn’t seem to help. Might play with the brake mod just to see how it helps.
Typically reducing your 60ft will equal 1.5x that amount at the end of the strip, so they say. 255 isn't a lot of tire on the Stinger, I had 275 wide Pilot Super Sport on my '15 Mustang and that really struggled to grip on a prepped track, even with a 2500 rpm launch that started around 1/2 throttle. The brake snip mod might just produce more tire spin for you lol.
Yea I’m sure I will have to pedal it, but it has to be better than the lack of power off the line without it.
The brake snip will drop your 60 foots from 2.0 to 1.7 pretty easily. Some people hit 1.6 on a prepped track with all the mods. On the street 1.71 is the best so far.
1.9 on a prepped track with street tires is the best I've seen for RWDs.Are RWD cars seeing the 1.8 60fts on street tires? I figured it would really help the AWD guys, I’m just curious how it responds on the RWD. If there’s too much spinning, etc.
Im RWD and was in the 1.8s on a prepped track, stock tires. I believe I was using launch control, JB4 map 3, reduced boost in 1st/2nd. Ive had several 1.8s but never anything below that.
