Bad Kia warranty as 3rd owner

KIA won't care about the piggyback mods or the intakes, unless you have a warranty claim and they can point to a mod causing the issue. Otherwise they'll just work on your car as normal. unless you find a dealer that is a piece of work, they are out there. funny, you opened the hood and said, "oh look a JB4." did you not look over the car before you got it? sounds like the car is okay if it sounds and feels good and no mods are causing issues. have fun.

Haha, No I mean I really didn't, I looked at it, but idk what i'm looking at, I was like that's f*cking pretty clean looking and rolled the dice. I had them put it on a lift for me and everything. I can change a flat and do pads and rotors thats about it, i dont even change my own oil. My dad usually helps me with stuff like this but he dont know what a jb4 is. He grew up working on 442's. I could of had a 442 if i showed more interest in it as a kid. Wish i did! But he never finished building that car. He had a few tho. But I drove a plain Jane Lexus es 350 and a ford focus. I didn't really know what the thing was untill ive been really doing a deep dive into the stinger now. It is kinda funny tho i was becoming interested in a jb4 when its been here the whole time.

I was considering seeing if i can get the mirror fixed under warranty but it works now. Its kinda weird but some things have kinda fixed themselves except for the parking sensors i don't need.

things that 'fix themselves' tend to unfix themselves later, of course. but enjoy it working while it does. I guess we could say that about the whole car, since every part of it is ticking time bomb toward failure eventually. I've had very few electrical 'gremlins' with either of our cars, or, for that matter, going back over my whole driving car owning life I've had very few failures and blessed with NO lemons. can't complain about that! Ima not a car geek either and your short list of things that you do on your cars is already longer than mine.
