Save yourself the misery.... they will never be able to provide you with an answer, they are just support, they have little to no connection to management who makes the call..... Its like asking the cashier at your local McDonald's why you can't get the Mclobster in the US.

yea... it is something i was looking forward to having... uvo link, seeing it on the telluride, optima hybrid, and even the 2016 k900.. you'd think they would have included uvo link on their next to flagship k8 as well as the k9... Not a huge deal for me but it was something i thought i would be getting (big tech geek here) but it's garaged at home so it wasn't a deal breaker.No misery here. Easy enough to type when just chilling at night. Never know who views the posts on social media.
Coworker got the hyundai palisade with blulink pretty much uvo link, and it is cool,obviously there is some delay but the ability to change the temperature inside, toggle heated/cooled seats, start stop car, lock /unlock where ever you have signal/wifi is so cool.

Tried using the customer service portal today via two methods, Owner portal and just a link in an email from Kia. Can’t submit my complaint; the portal either says my session has timed out (times out after 3 minutes really?) or it wouldn’t recognize my VIN number. Why do they need my VIN through the owner portal......it should auto link. Another piece of software that Kia needs to improve. I’ll put this in the UVO bucket.
