I know I'll get flamed for this but I think this recommendation is unethical. You want to play with the big boys, take the risk.Good advice given above.
If after it's repaired you decide to reinstall the JB4, remove it before going to the dealership for anything. It's a 3 minute job and there are instructional videos on YouTube.
On the other hand, I dealt with a Kia dealership whose service manager is a true car guy. Had them install dual catch cans on my 2022 GT1. They have worked very well. Has/had a 1.6L Kia that was putting out 300HP at the rear wheels.
He said in the case of something like the matter at hand, it is Kia's job to prove your modification caused the low compression. But wouldn't be surprised if you have to get a lawyer involved (ICK).
