I was pleasantly surprised to find the headphones on my doorstep.

Bought mine in last wweek of April 2018.

Nope. I saw nothing at FedEx again this morning. So I called Kia and got a case number going. I'm waiting to hear back from them.

That happened to me too. I ended up calling a few times over an hour on my lunch break. Finally got through, and Jeniffer was very helpful.

Did you call the number that I provided on this thread?

I called the customer service number from the Kia Owners website, and the gal sent me to a "Premium customer service" guy, who created the case number and forwarded it to someone in marketing who deals directly with the promotional side.

I expect I'll have reach out first. But at least I now have a case number they can reference.
