Kia Paint warranty???

I believe most of you came with paint warranty package when buying as new car.

First time for me having paint warranty, whats this covered on?

what situations consider in paint warranty?

It's in your warranty manual. 36K miles or 36 months, whichever comes first. Covers paint job and materials; so, if obvious factory fubar occurs (like the blatant chipping/peeling on the Sunset Yellow in the first year), Kia will cover the cost of fixing it. Just because you think that road attrition is unacceptable, Kia will not agree. Many of us get PPF at least on the front of the Stinger to avoid excessive road attrition.

It's only against manufacturing defects like Merlin is describing. So not normal wear and tear or damage from road debris etc. I don't know what brand you had before but I think just about all automakers have some sort of paint defect warranty coverage included nowadays.
