For a relatively small shop, you run a pretty solid online business model. Also, your accessibility for honest discussions about various parts is really appreciated.

Shipping large items to Canada is always a PIA (especially with me changing my mind on the order), and you were great to talk to and were patient with my spam.

I agree. I saved about $800 buying my CF diffuser from them and was blown away with the speed of delivery. Nick even picked up some of the shipping to Canada. I wish I had of bought all my CF from them. For any future purchases I will definitely look to Khartunerz first.

I totally agree.. We have ordered a lot of items from Nick and each item has been delivered quickly and in perfect condition. Every time we would get stuck Nick was always available and answered our questions immediately no matter where in the globe he was in. In my book the guy has integrity and a fantastic business model.
Oh this is Jon's dad, i now have a new Stinger and am looking forward to buying all my upgrades from you.

Looking forward on grabbing some BBQ next time you are out this way.

Depends on what is being ordered.

He processes / responds nights and weekends, he gets me tracking numbers for things within a day or 2 normally. Keep in mind most things are dropped shipped from the vendor. I doubt he stocks that much locally. The only things that take a while are items coming overseas or that need to get made (like MBRP exhaust that aren’t stocked anywhere right now).

Ordered 3 items on the 19th of March, they were shipped on the 26th and 30th over 2 shipments, one item made it but the other 2 got lost by UPS. Since then they have resent 1 of the 2 missing items, still waiting for the other till today. Those were internationally shipped items.

Made another order last week Thurs, this time local shipping to a freight forwarder and am still patiently waiting.
