KhartunerZ --- not a reliable merchant

Hello all. I just wanted to let you all know that KhartunerZ is not a reliable merchant. I ordered rear brake pads from them; the first planned delivery date came and past without delivery. The only way to contact them is through their website or "chat bot" function and I explained the problem. Some one did call mea nd said that they will re-ship. The FedEx tracking showed that FedEx never had received their package --- even after 5 days!! FedEX tracking shows that a "label was created", but KhartunerZ never gave the product FedEx to ship. now I am i na contested dispute with them through my credit card because they no longer will communicate with me when I asked for a refund.

BEWARE of KARTUNERZ.

Definitely not a trade secret.

It does beg the question how they're still listed as a legit vendor on this forum.

65RivieraGS, too bad you didn't do some googling first I'm sure reviews like these would have come up fairly quick...

Bad - Khar Tunerz, never again

So to keep this short and to the point, I had ordered a BMS oil catch can from khar tuners after they confirmed it was in stock ( I had been trying for almost 3 months to get one ). Once I recieved it in about a week it came directly from BMS and was mailed wrapped in paper in a bubble mailer...

Yes; hindsight is 20-20. In the meantime, I bought Akebono locally for $46 (before tax); and the OEM Brembo rotors for $104. Now to do the job. I'm certain that the credit card company will find in my favor.
