3.3TT K&N Typhoon Cold Air Intake System for Kia Stinger GT

As far as I know there is no difference and these would work fine. Highly recommended, especially if you like turbo noises or plan to add a free flowing exhaust.

They should fit fine, there is no difference to the body or engine of the car, might even be the same interior as well. I think they made some changes to the transmission mainly. Highly recommend the intakes if you like turbo noises and/or if you are planning on getting a free flowing exhaust.

Yes it will fit .Same car nothing major has changed on car.

So I installed the K&N system yesterday. It did fit as you all had said on my 2019 gt2 awd. Now I have another question that I can't quite answer based on the videos I've seen posted around. When I cold start the car I get a very loud sucking sound for about 20 seconds or so. Then it fades and sounds quiet again. Is this what others with the k&n hear on start up? I can hear a slight sucking during acceleration as I drive which I would expect. Also are you using the large or small diameter vacuum fitting? I used the larger fitting. Thanks in advance for the advice.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Think of it as your car has been off and not breathing and suddenly it's breathing again gasping for air as if you just brought it back to life.

I know this is not real but when I read your question that's what popped into my head. LOL

Also When you put on aftermarket intakes it allows you to here turbo pressure blow off . So it’s both ways louder sucking more air in and louder letting turbos vent pressure back out when throttle is lifted.

On a cold start the engine will work on higher RPM so it will take In more air. As the car warms up and the RPM drops under 1k you will it hear it.

Here is mine after I installed the KNN and BFG BOV. The exhaust is a Borla Cat back.

I used the large fitting also.
