3.3TT Jun Bl EVC Catback Exhaust

Drone isn't bad. My son was in the back seat over the weekend and made the comment it was loud in the back. I don't have a inside the cabin video. I'll make one later.
 
I ended up getting the sport evc. I wanted something completely different from stock. Every time I start it I want to know I changed the exhaust. Hopefully it doesn't drone too much. The seller was great thanks for the reference. I will get video of it when I get it installed and I also have ssr pipes hopefully it sounds good.

I’m really curious how the sport exhaust sounds. The jun website does not give the specs like the other catbacks. The gt is 96 decibels the evc is 80(same as stock) closed 95 open and the race is 98. Being a single muffler I would guess it’s going to be more similar to the race. On the video the sport sounds louder with the valves closed for sure.
 
Looks better than when I got mine Customs destroyed one of the boxes.

The only problem I had was the passenger side I think the instructions are for a g80.
 
Whats the weight of the EVC exhaust compared to stock?

36959EA0-EB0F-47D0-9955-414D90634B23.webp I got my evc installed and wow. I can’t believe how quiet it is with valves closed. The cat feels like bone stock quiet even quieter then stock with cats installed. With valves open car sounds angry. Wide open throttle sound great. Inside the car can be a bit loud at low rpm but nothing I can’t live with. The shop did a very clean install and charged me for 3.5 hours. One big bummer is they scrapped my door handle..... upside is the shop owner wanted a stinger so he put my car on the dyno for free! It’s a very low reading awd mustang dyno but car still made 375whp on map 2 on the jb4. They said that’s around 430 or so whp on a dyno jet. With valves closed the car lost 15whp.

How does is change?
 
When the soot starts building up on the pipes it changes.
