has anyone removed the Kia steering wheel emblem ? Whats the process ?

Thanks

I've done it on a couple of Optimas. Assuming it's the same process it needs to be pried up with a small screwdriver. There are a couple of tabs that hold it into the indentation on the wheel.

That's just my experience with the Optimas, but no, they didn't have any adhesive or anything.

i think you're thinking these are steering wheel overlays. they're not.

I just re-read this. I was completely mistaken...even after reading your post the first time. I thought you were clearing up that they are emblems for the steering wheel not stickers. I just realized they're emblems for the front/rear of the car. My mistake.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...

I thought you were asking about the steering wheel here. Not the wheel wheel. My apologies if we're on different topics.

Okay, thanks. So I guess I misspoke call it a sticker vs. an overlay? May I ask, what is the difference?

Sticker, overlay, basically the same. The wheel cap overlays you see are domed. I'm not sure about the steering wheel overlays. The only difference being discussed here is between badges and overlays/stickers. Badges replace pieces on a car; overlays/stickers cover pieces on a car.

Thanks for that. But I still don't know what I purchased from ImportShark for my steering wheel center. My guess its a sticker (peel and stick overlay). Am I correct?
