Hey there folks, I decided to start my own channel, GT Garage! I just uploaded the first video. It is me documenting/explaining the process of Debadging, Rebadging, and Painting the new badges. We also polish the area of the badges after we remove them. The front badge I applied doesn't have much coverage so I hope you guys will enjoy watching. I also applied a new sticker badge to the steering wheel.

Please support me by subscribing/liking and leaving some feedback/input in the comments! I would really appreciate it! Thanks!

My next video, which I have already filmed, is on how to remove the rear reflectors and vinyl wrapping them and reinstalling them, so stay tuned!

I reckon I'd mask off more than that when using a rattle can to spray the Stinger logo :)

I would recommend it too but I ended up washing the car right after so it all came off quick.

Nice royalty free music haha. Not sure why you opted for the heat gun instead of just using a blow dryer for a bit and using fishing line to get the badges off. That's what I did with mine and there was no scratches.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
People really need to stop using heat on these badges. It isn’t necessary and you risk bubbling the paint.

Park the car in the sun. Use fishing line to saw through the adhesive and then an adhesive remover to gently remove what’s left.

The heat gun resides in the garage, where as the blow dryer is inside and up the stairs some where ;) Blow dryer works too, less risky too, but we knew to not overheat.

This is how we have done it on so many cars in the past. Retrospectively, I would have been more patient with it, I thought people were exaggerating when they said how soft this paint is.

Just got my stinger. That's a nice touch. Mine has stinger on the left side, is that just glued on , or does it have holes underneath

The stock stinger logo is just held on by adhesive. You need to be careful removing that one as it is possible to snap it, that is if you care about it.

IMHO , I think you should spend several hours reviewing threads here prior to doing videos others have done on the same subject , I honestly applaud your efforts .................but I think your work is rough vs current members doing similar projects and vs "how to's " on youtube ..................i'm not hating , you asked for input .....................

Without context, it makes no sense, and seems a bit "show-off"...

Kia is made by Hyundai so I thought some of you would appreciate seeing it.

Yeah, this may not be the place for me to post these. I'm just documenting my journey with the Stinger.
