Hi there,
I would like to import Stinger from USA to Europe. Should the headlights be changed completely or it is to be adjusted in the menu between symetric and asimetric beam?

I don't think you will have any problems with the beam patterns.

Did you work out how should this be done, change or adjustment? I'm thinking of buying one to register in Germany and wouldn't like to have any surprises.

Can someone chime in with the answer to this question. I found a set of european headlights adaptive headlamps on ebay I would like to buy. Will they plug right in? what are the differences outside of the corner lights not being amber?

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
As far as I know, blinkers need to be yellow in Europe (at least in Poland), asymmetrical front headlamps (the right lamp is supposed to light a bit higher), and rear fog lights are obligatory too.

I hate it when they bring rear fog lamps into the US. People don't seem to know about them and they drive around with them on all the time, too easy to mistake for the brake lights. I see them on MB's, Audi's, etc. during a bright sunny day. We like to call them "fag" lamps.

In Europe (at least in Poland) Your are not allowed to use fog lamps unless the weather is really bad, like fog etc, and the visibility is limited.
Otherwise, You may be fined for that.

how can I change from symmetrical to asymmetrical lamps in the menu?

Beam pattern is inherent to the headlamp design. You can't change it simply by changing a menu item. Look at your headlight assembly. Somewhere on it will say whether it is DoT or ECE (E-code) compliant.

Mine is DOT patern. I have the adaptive LED - EU spec.
PS: My previous VW Passat with adaptive bi-xenon lights had the same patern. Also EU spec.

Or maybe not. Googling how the light pattern actually looks like makes me doubt how my pattern looks like because they are very similar.
In that sketch it seems like the ECE does not have a top line but in reality it absolutely does. Here is what i found (left DOT, right ECE).
