Bad condensation in my passenger side headlight. Couple trips to the dealer. They changed the moisture pack which temporarily helped. I changed it two more times. Now the light completely failed. So finally they are replacing it under warranty.

I have a little bit of condensation as well, but it is not t as bad as yours.

A little bit is normal. Those moisture packs are easy to change

If the light doesn't clear up in a few days, probably a good idea to change it. A fresh one should clear it up. There is only so much moisture those packs can absorb.

So just got my car back from the dealer, the replaced that faulty headlight. So glad under warranty! Almost $1700 parts and labor.

What was causing that severe moisture buildup? Misting is normal, but not beading, dripping moisture like that.

Best possible outcome

Who knows? Maybe a bad seal somewhere on the light.

In the USAF I worked on KC-135’s as a NavAids specialist and one of our radar systems had desiccant moduals on the radar waveguide to prevent moisture buildup. We could heat them on low heat to remove the moisture. They would turn from pink (saturated with moisture) to bright blue (moisture free) in short order. We could do this to them at least 5-8 times before installing new one. This was late ‘70’s under Pres. Carter. Money was tight back then. Might work on Stinger.
