A little bit is normal. Those moisture packs are easy to changeI have a little bit of condensation as well, but it is not t as bad as yours.
Should I change it asap, or I could just leave it for nowA little bit is normal. Those moisture packs are easy to change

Best possible outcomeSo just got my car back from the dealer, the replaced that faulty headlight. So glad under warranty! Almost $1700 parts and labor.
Who knows? Maybe a bad seal somewhere on the light. What was causing that severe moisture buildup? Misting is normal, but not beading, dripping moisture like that.
In the USAF I worked on KC-135’s as a NavAids specialist and one of our radar systems had desiccant moduals on the radar waveguide to prevent moisture buildup. We could heat them on low heat to remove the moisture. They would turn from pink (saturated with moisture) to bright blue (moisture free) in short order. We could do this to them at least 5-8 times before installing new one. This was late ‘70’s under Pres. Carter. Money was tight back then. Might work on Stinger.Should I change it asap, or I could just leave it for now
