Has anyone run SXTH Element downpipes, issues?

Recently installed SXTH Element downpipes on my 3.3t kia stinger. Issue is that the front passenger o2 sensor doesn't fit unless you cut part of the o2 shield. After installing them I'm getting p2098, p2198, and p0420 even after adding spacer. Also running lap3 pro tuner v2.5. Just want to get some opinions on what may be causing the issue.
 
Looks like the issue is an exhaust leak, also don't cheap out and make sure to buy oem upstream o2 sensors, and new gaskets.
