Finally got my hands on a sales brochure! Can anyone tell me the difference between the GT2 Nappa leather and the GT1 "leather seat trim?"
I can live without the fancy shmancy driver assist technology and wouldn't mind scoring an AWD for under $50K if it's just a matter of soft leather (won't be driving naked much anyway). Why two shades of silver? Sad to see no navy blue like the Korean spec model I saw.

I think I mentioned this in another post, I got a chance to feel all three leather offerings, artificial leather (Korea only), 'normal' leather, and the Nappa. At first touch, they all feel pretty good, even the artificial one and them being new. The red nappa I touched did not feel substantially better than the normal leather. I am assuming it's due to the leather dressing the dealer rub on those seats. I believe the real leather options will age better, and the Nappa will become much softer with age.

I've been told by my dealer that the standard leather trim car - only the seats and the steering wheel are wrapped with real leather. The center console armrest and door panels are wrapped in artificial leather.

The Nappa car will have genuine leather all over the interior, and a portion of the steering wheel has perforated Nappa leather.

I got the standard leather trim in my Stinger and I may go as far as saying the standard leather in the Stinger is better than standard leather in other brands I tested (BMW, Genesis, VW).

I only know of the ones in Korea - it may differ in your market.

I have a GT2 and felt no real difference between the 2. However, after 800 miles, it seems like the seat is getting softer.

The Napa leather beats the crap out of the leather in my wife's 2010 Acura!
